Fresh Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease muffin cups.
2. Mix cranberries with 1 Tbsp flour; set aside.
3. Combine remaining flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl.
4. Mix egg, milk, and melted butter in another bowl. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients until just combined. Gently stir in cranberries.
5. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake muffins until golden, 18-22 minutes.
